Qigong is an ancient Chinese system of health and self development. “Qi” in Mandarin means “breath” or “life energy.” “Gong” means “skill,” as such, Qigong is the skill of cultivating life energy.

When we coordinate our mind, body, breath, and heart, through the practice of Qigong, we become empowered with the ability to regulate our life energy and thereby alter the way in which we navigate the world.
